At DubaiLifeCoach.ae, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching, wellbeing, and consulting services tailored to each client’s personal and professional journey.
Please read our refund policy carefully before booking any coaching session, program, workshop, or consultation.
Coaching Sessions & Programs
All coaching sessions, consultations, workshops, and wellbeing programs are considered professional services and are generally non-refundable once confirmed or delivered.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule an appointment by providing at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled session.
- Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be considered a missed session.
- Missed appointments without prior notice are non-refundable.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be considered in the following situations:
- Duplicate payment or billing error
- Service cancellation initiated by DubaiLifeCoach.ae
- Exceptional circumstances reviewed on a case-by-case basis
Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days.
Digital Products & Resources
Any downloadable materials, digital resources, wellness guides, or online content purchased through the website are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.
Corporate Programs & Workshops
Corporate bookings, leadership workshops, and organizational wellbeing programs may be subject to separate agreements and cancellation terms provided before confirmation.
